SIPOA Membership
Membership in the Snell Isle Property Owners Association is open to all residents in the Snell Isle community. Membership is voluntary. We rely on membership dues to fund events and projects throughout the neighborhood. The SIPOA also stands to:
- Represent Neighbors’ interests before the City Council and City Departments
- Beautify Snell Isle public spaces and monuments
- Provide funding to enhance the neighborhood curb appeal
- Promote the historic character of Snell Isle
- Provide, organize, and promote neighborhood events
- Inform residents on day-to-day interests, issues, and events
- Assist with the safety and security of our residents and community
- Support Community and City strategic goals

Members will be listed in Panther and on our website. Please note your name(s) on any form of dues payment so we can credit you properly.
The SIPOA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Contributions are considered donations.
Members will receive email correspondence from the SIPOA Board and a quarterly copy of The Panther newsletter.
SIPOA Volunteers
The SIPOA runs on and is run by volunteers.
The SIPOA relies on the time and efforts of our residents to support the events and activities held within the neighborhood throughout the year. In order to advance our mission and to increase our value to the community, the SIPOA invites you to bring your time, talents, and skills to help with events and/or committees.
SIPOA Sponsorships - Advertise in The Panther
The Panther is a quarterly newsletter and report of SIPOA happenings, and is mailed regularly to all members of the Snell Isle Property Owners Association. The newsletter typically includes:
- Updates from the SIPOA Board
- Neighborhood improvement projects and beautification efforts
- Community events (SIPOA meetings, holiday parties, food truck socials, etc.)
- Safety and security updates
- City and zoning news affecting Snell Isle
- Membership information and dues reminders
- Volunteer opportunities
